One of the very best KOA camp grounds we have seen.
Made reservations here to tent camp. While the majority of the campground appeared nice, the tent sites were horrible. The ground was very rocky and the majority of the tent sites are located adjacent to a busy highway. The site they assigned my family was literally 20 feet from the highway. This was unacceptable, especially with two toddlers, and they had nothing better to offer so we asked for a refund which they gave us. When originally making reservation we asked about the highway and the person on the phone said not to worry because it wasn't a busy road. This was a lie. It's a state highway that loops around to beaver dam which is a major attraction in the area. The highway was very busy.

Big Mike and his staff are the best of the best. Friendly, happy and helpful. There wasn't anything we asked for that was not accommodated and they went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Bathroom/showers were clean and plentiful. Laundry facilities and game room on site. Campfire by the pool at night. You can tell they go the extra mile to keep everything in good working order. Even their little general store was well stocked and priced very reasonably. Great woodsy setting with tall pines and plenty of cricket noise to let you know you are in the woods. This is the first camping trip where I can't wait to go back.
Quiet and peaceful
Awesome experience!!! My boyfriend and I stayed two nights this past week for our anniversary and had the best time. Beautiful, very clean, and the owner was great. We highly recommend this koa
This was the best 4day vacation i have had in over 5 years. The staff is more than polite, helpful, respectful. They went above and beyond with making sure my stay was memorable. So much that I placed a 7month reservation for spring 2018.
