I usually don't take my cars a local person. But I heard so much good things about K-way. So I decided to go, I met Bo. He was really awesome. He told me what needs to be done and what can wait. He was honest and straightforward. I have been using him now on for my vehicles. THe price is better than some folks in Eureka Springs. You can relax with K-Way.
I asked them to do specific things to my car and they exactly what I wanted them to do and they did a perfect job it's tough to see Dan gone though but the people he worked with are awesome!
We were in Eureka on our last day and after driving up and down an very rocky steep road to get to an amazing Ozark trail we heard a loud squealing, screeching noise coming from the front left tire. We assumed it was debris that had gotten wedged or a brake issue. We looked up one of the automotive shops in Eureka and swung by before we headed home. As soon as we pulled in one of the mechanics heard the noise, walked up and asked us to back up and pull forward. He then went and grabbed a tool and as I got out of the car he said no need to get out and he plucked a rock right out of the wheel. I asked him if I owed him anything and he said no mam, have a safe trip. We were there less than 2 minutes, very friendly, and no charge!
Our alternator went out on vacation. Planned to get the part from O'Reillys and fix it myself but couldn't get the dead car anywhere. Called Dan at K-way and he offered to use the alternator I'd bought and fix it. I had it towed with my Good Sam roadside assistance to his place. He fixed it up and even called to check if I wanted to replace the belt, which was worn. Then, he picked us up when it was finished. He was always friendly and saved our anniversary trip. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him if ever I had an issue while in the area.
I was in Eureka Springs attending a conference. I had to get an issue checked on my truck. They were very helpful and fair.
