Came into this restaurant twice over an hour before the time website states closing time. Once during the summer and now winter and both times they were closing early. First time we were turned away second time only could do a to go order. The employees very helpful and kind, but also stated it was the general managers that hadn’t changed the times on website for winter hours, even though this had happened summer and winter. Needless to say very frustrating.
Much improved service and cleanliness. Server was nice.
Employees were nice and allowed me and my kids to eat buffet with like 1 min till they closed it down. Pizzas were good and fresh.

Food was good but customer service was horrible.... From the person at the arrival to the manager at counter don't realize what and how to treat and say sorry for their mess up of big order we did . We literally stood in front for almost 20 some minutes and what we sat way unbelievable... older ppl waiting in line to get in anf there is NO-ONE to greet them or give them the sits to get going we even saw one couple walk out .Even after we got order the manager didn't mention us that they didn't mad the order to go they made order as they had... we had few PAN pizza but thank god we opened to check and we were surprised to see none but jus 1 pan... and when we told him he said o SORRY they no longer have the pan left..... he offered us the free pizza but thatst nit we wanted all we wanted was the pizza hut services we had experience in past but in this situation we think we need to switch the pizza we eat ..and start doing business with other chain. won't eat there again and will be calling the corporate office to let them know as well...
* Even the employees working here don’t understand how they are in business! Can you say “wow”!
