I saw this beautiful place in 2006. There is no place like this. I encourage you to visit. The Quigley Castle is charming beyond belief! A wonderful place!
Me and my wife really enjoyed Quigley's Castle. The lady who met us at the gate was very informative and very nice. The pictures do not do Quigley's Castle Justice it is worth every penny to look at such a marvelous structure and great-looking Garden.
This place was super cool. The owner of the house is progeny of the original owners and takes pride in the telling of the story of the castles creation so don't take pictures before she is done with this five minute yarn. The grounds of the castle are decorated with an eclectic mix of old signs and sculptures as well as crystals and rocks that were found in the area. The inside of the house is a smorgasbord of visual delights the best of which is the moth wall. A great little jaunt if you are in the area.
Beautiful place to visit in Eureka. You're greeted by the granddaughter of the woman who built the house. The gardens are magical and everything about the place is wonderful. If you love gardens, art and history, it's worth a visit!
Beautiful home and garden designed by a woman with drive and a creative passion. It is not a medieval castle, but to Mrs. Quigley, it must have seemed like a castle. Fascinating that it is still owned and operated by her granddaughter. So kind to have invited us to see their home and the legacy of their grandmother.
