Denton was very helpful and worked hard to get me the exact Specialized mountain bike that I wanted. He even recommended some local trails to check out. Very please with his service after the sale!
My buddy and I ran into Denton totally by chance when we showed up to ride the trails at lake leatherwood. He was there with his shuttle rig and was waiting for some people (who ultimately never showed up) and gave us the scoop and let us grab a ride. $20 bucks for the day is the cheapest shuttle service I've ever encountered. His shop was closed the day we were there, but we'll definitely be coming through again next time we visit.
I called simply to get some information on where to go kayaking but noone answered the phone, assuming they just weren't open yet, I intended to call back, but instead, I received a call from them saying they had noticed they missed our call and was checking back to see if we needed anything! That my friend, is good customer service! VERY IMPRESSED!
