I do understand that things happen. But, 3 rental mishaps? The last 2 of which should have been better kept up with by Ozark Rentals.

Update: Owner of Ozark Mountain Vacation Rentals contacted me immediately apologized and refunded all my money.

This was my first stay at any of OzarkMVR properties, but it won’t be my last for sure. We happen to luck into a cabin that was just entered into their portfolio. There were a few little kinks but Damon, Layla, and Tom were on top of it until the issue was resolved and of course compensated us for any inconvenience without any hesitation. The cabin is so adorable and quaint. Very peaceful, relaxing, and right up the road from downtown. I would recommend the cabin and company to all my friends and family. Very clean up to date and even has a loft for children. Oh and great little trails all around with a little waterfall NO TRAFFIC noise Please visit their site and enjoy a weekend as we did you won’t regret it Thank you Damon for everything we will be back

We had an amazing experience with Ozark Mountain Vacation Rentals! The cabin we had rented required maintenance so we received a free upgrade to Boulder Rock Lodge. The secluded location was a dream but we were also just a ten-ish minute drive from downtown Eureka Springs! The staff was so incredibly helpful and gracious as we navigated the cabin switch and the property was lovely. We will definitely be looking to rent with them again!

We will never book through The Ozark Mountain Vacation Rentals again. They definitely have shown no sympathy towards humanity.

The employees of Ozark Rentals were very pleasant when dealing with them.

I appreciate all the effort that was made by Damon and June in order to rectify a not so "wonderful" experience we recently had. Their overall customer service and handling of this minor mishap completely restored my faith in the fact that they are a business that truly values their customers, even if they are first time customers at that. They completely heard and understood my complaint and handled it in a more than professional manner! Thank You guys again and I will not hesitate to recommend or stay at your properties in the future!

EVEN THOUGH OUR HOMES ARE TOTALLY DESTROYED WITH ALL OUR BELONGINGS we are still trying to make the trip. You think The Ozark Mountain Vacation Rentals would overlook their policy in a situation at this level.

We were set to check in on 6/23, I received a call around 9:30am that morning, stating that our cabin was not available for our stay.

After thoroughly searching for lodging that seemed suitable and comfortable for our family, I booked a cabin with Ozark Mountain Vacation Rentals a couple of weeks before we were due to arrive.

We booked the Beaver Lake Hide Away Cabin on Aug. 2, 2017 for Sept 9-13, 2017. I called Ozark Mountain Vacation Rental on Aug 29, 2017 to ask about getting a refund to due us being flooded out of our houses and vehicles because of the Natural disaster Hurricane Harvey. We were told we could reschedule if we paid a 10% rescheduling fee on top of what we have already paid. We understand about having a cancellation policy but this catastrophe has been declared a federal disaster area.

I was sent two out-dated properties, to choose from instead, neither of which I would have ever chosen to spend our money on. I asked for alternate options. After some time, they came back to me. Turns out the same individual that owned the original cabin we had rented, had another very nice property we could stay in. Upon arrival to the 2nd booking, we noticed 3 of the 4 beds had clearly been slept in, they were unmade. I called and Ozark Rentals apologized that their cleaners had not been out yet and said their cleaners do not like to clean around peoples things. They offered a 3rd booking also owned by the same individual, only to call back and say it was dirty as well...with tired children and my little family just ready to settle in, We made the decision to go with the 2nd booking, using the 1 clean room out 4 and a couch to sleep on for the first night. The house cleaner did come the next morning(6/24). Hopefully our belongings being there, weren't as big of as an inconvenience as this mess.

Leading our little stay at Eureka Springs with this hassle was not fun.

However, I will not personally use them again.
