Great place to get some awesome Pizza! Super friendly staff and the hotel is amazing as well. There is a really nice view from the balcony. We got the Mediterranean and added chicken to it and it's Suuuuuuuuuuper YUMMY!!
We ate on the observation deck they had overhead heaters and it was a lovely view we had a great pizza and a few drinks excellent atmosphere
We had a rough visit here. I don't know if it was because it was busy (which it was at 2p.m. so i thought we missed the rush) or if it's always this disappointing. My parents loved it when they came in the summer.
Just don't expect it to be fast. Or to get a lot of attention from your waiter. Wasn't crazy about our pizza either, but maybe it was just that particular order. But the view is great! And the old hotel it's in is super neat to see.
Your order will be wrong and they won't care. Anticipate waiting an additional 40+ minutes for the pizza you order after the waitress admits it was her fault for the wrong order. she is not intelligent enough or cute enough to get the order corrected quickly. The staff here is way sub par. However the salad was good.
Poor poor service and mediocre food. Took 20 minutes to get our drink and an hour to get our food. And all we ordered was a ceasar salad and an order of wings. Our waitress was inattentive and unapologetic for the wait and also for not bringing the entire order. And the entire order was simply 3 ceasar salads and 1 order of wings. The balcony seating was gorgeous, but that's all I liked about the place. With drinks our order was $80. We left $0 in tips which we NEVER do. Service was that bad.
