You'll normally get parking right in front of your room so that's good if you want to easily access stuff from your car.
Cons- I wish the air-conditioning is more centralized; the heat was not getting distributed enough
Overall, it's a good option for it's proximity to nature, restaurants and other stores.
Pros - Good interior, located at the center of Eureka springs, beautiful surroundings, courteous staff, clean beds, sheets and towels.
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel! At first I wished there was some sort of fitness room, but I was able to get my walking and exercise in by just walking around the parking lot of their convention center which is on site. I enjoyed that better than a fitness room.
Our room was well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
We have a fur baby. That wasn't a problem here. They cater to ppl who have fur babies. Though our neighbors weren't happy about it, it didn't matter. They were way to picky of a neighbor to be happy with anything so we just minded our own business and had a good ole time enjoying the many things Eureka has to offer.

We had good accommodations and a clean room with a great staff. The pool and hot tub were clean with relaxing scenery and seating areas. The entertainment area was surprising with pool tables, ping pong, miniature golf and other games to occupy your time. We were with a corvette group and had and nice seating area to sit in the evening visiting with one another. The staff were informative, quick to help and filled with suggestion. The restuarant had a good varied menu, however I would stay away from the catfish fillets. The prices were good, the staff waited on you professionally and were friendly. We made reservations for the 2019 Corvette show in Eureka Springs, AR. because of the treatment of the staff, the condition of the room and grounds and overall help they offered.
There's a restaurant though and food is reasonably priced with good variety.
Best Western Inn of the Ozarks helped make our reception perfect! We could not be happier with the service given and the experiences received. Our reception was provided with wonderful staff members, catering, and bar services! Our room was clean, and cozy! When we come back to Eureka, we will be happy to stay at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks again, and will always recommend it as a wonderful place to stay!
The Christmas decorations were pretty good.
