We enjoyed our stay and will stay at Flatiron Flats next time we're in town again.

A little boutique hotel with 4 rooms. Very comfortably bed, nice towels, jacuzzi and mini fridge stocked with fruits and cheese. Primo location with a small balcony over the street to smoke. There's no elev but in our mid 30s were totally fine with that. If you can't do stairs Eureka Springs really isn't the town for you as it's not the most handicap accessible place.
Excellent experience staying in the Flatiron Flats building. The building has a very unique position in town with great street views from the balconies or windows. Coffee shop right underneath the rooms at street level.
The room was very clean and up to date. Free WIFI, ice, private parking, wine and snacks in the fridge. I also liked the electronic door codes so you don't have to worry about losing a room key. I called with some questions prior to booking and again upon arrival and the caretaker was very polite and helpful.
If you want a quiet and more private place to stay than the crowded hotels this is the place!!! I will be staying here next trip to Eureka.
Owner called me 30 mins prior to my scheduled arrival and ensured I had received the email with entry instructions. His communications were on point and I have no doubt he would have pulled through had any issues arose.
Dirty pillowcase on pillow when we got there. Whirlpool tub is in need of replacement. The bottom of tub is disgusting. Ground in dirt?
My husband and I traveled to Eureka Springs for our anniversary. Unfortunately when we arrived Joe and Chrys were experiencing some hot water heater issues that could not be resolved on a Friday late afternoon for us to stay the weekend. They were incredible people. Even missed their dinner reservation to make sure we found a place to stay that was a comparable place to theirs. We did get to see the Grand View suite and it was beautiful! They made calls and arrangements for a new place for us. They also asked that we update them that we were ok once we were settled. Chrys met with us the next day to give us a full refund. Due to their amazing customer service and genuine caring demeanor we will definitely book there the next time we head to Eureka.
Our parking space was clearly marked and having a designated spot is a must in Eureka Springs.
