We stayed here the whole first week of July. This place was awesome! Breakfast was beautiful. You have a great view from all the windows! The owners we so sweet and very accommodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!! I miss this place.
Very close to the Passion Play and a good price. The room was a little smelly and was in need of an update, but the breakfast area was very nice! The key to the room gives you an idea of the vintage of the accommodations! Overall, it was a nice stay, but if you are tall and not flexible the the shower could be a nightmare. The water exited the shower head below my should joint, so a limbo-bending move was need to wash my hair!
The service is wonderful here and the place is in a wonderful location. The hotel is just far enough out of town to be out of the constant traffic with a country feel and easy to get in and out of with not having to fight the traffic. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. For the price of the room and all the extras like BBQ grills and bon fires it is worth an extra long stay.
The photos on the website are unbelievably deceiving! The hotel overall needs to be updated clear down to the extremely hard unbleached towels. We found hair and stains on the sheets and have taken steps to request inspection of the property for possible bed bugs. The rooms smelled of some type of insecticide and there was a white powder in the seams and under the mattresses. The lobby area smelled of cat urine...and the owner and his wife had an attitude worse than "grumpy cat"! We ended up obtaining a full refund and drove .3 miles to Motel 62 which was cheaper, very clean and the management staff very accommodating.
Owner super nice very clean at a great rate... trolly stops right in front goes into eureka springs. Great view from back. We stayed room 303 love it. Has a lot if charm. Definitely on my AGAIN list.
