Spa experience was great! Wes was considerate of all previous and healing injuries as well as obvious training and experience to work specifically on areas to increase my wellbeing as well as my range of motion. I have had physical therapy and past messages but nothing like this. I felt taller when I left. My left hip was aligned and wasn't a bother on the stairs. When you're walking around in Eureka Springs, sore hips, feet and back are a big deal. Thank you, Wes!
Quaint , historical property. I had reserved a suite with a balcony, when checking in, was given a ground floor room. Lots of road noise, couldn't open a blind without being face to face with the pedestrian traffic. The one window I could look out was overlooking garbage cans, and also was same window that the air unit was in. Parking left much to be desired, had to climb several flights of stairs. Staff was friendly, room was clean.
My husband and I got "the Works" couples massage package. It was worth every penny. The retro charm of the mineral bath and steam treatment were great but the massages were the best part. Wesley and Stacy, the massage therapists, did an excellent job. My husband was very relaxed by Stacy's massage, especially her scalp massage. My therapist Leslie did an excellent job doing a more therapeutic massage including stretching and releases. He gave one of the best massages I've ever had.
We visited for our 10 year wedding anniversary and just by walking through the front doors we were taken back to the precious century. The decor was appropriate for the time period and details every where you looked. The individual showed us to our room, explained how their hotel worked including breakfast. Later that evening, he also provided dining suggestions and overall waa very helpful. The parking is around the block and there are a quite a few steps up, but worth not having to park on the street. The breakfast to the room was refreshing and they stocked the fridge. This was a great introduction into what a bed and breakfast is like, we will be back!
We loved our experience here. The staff was very welcoming, it is an historic hotel w/only 8 suites. We never even saw another guest! The champagne/cheese plate in the room fridge each night was a special treat. Just called downstairs to have a nice continental breakfast delivered within 5 minutes. Very comfortable room with a huge jetted tub. Old style but updated comfortably. I did the steam & mineral bath just downstairs, but would have done more services if we had time. The spa facilities are vintage and authentic, yet clean, very professional and didn't have the old musty smell I have experienced with other places. Only challenge is with parking as w/most places in Eureka Springs, there is no elevator if you have mobility issues. Excellent location & service all around.
